FA Cup 2021-22 Prize Money
|The FA Cup is an annual knockout football competition in men’s domestic English football which is the oldest national football competition in the world.
The competition starts as a knockout tournament throughout, consisting of twelve rounds, a semi-final and then a final. Clubs above Level 9 and 10 enter the competition at later stages by following the system of byes. The fixtures are being determined by a random draw in each round. The 2021-22 is the 141th edition of this league.
The FA Cup started in August, but with the previous season finishing late it will run till 14 May 2022. Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, the prize fund has been reduced, with figures returning to those last used in the 2017–18 FA Cup. While restrictions on fans attending games in person are in place, the usual prize money awarded to the winners for each round will be split 75%/25% with the losers.

The winner of the FA cup will receive £1,800,000 and the runners-up will receive £900,000 for losing at the finals. Two semi-final winners will bag £900,000 and the two semi-final losing clubs will receive £450,000. Four quarter-final winner clubs will receive £360,000. The fifth round proper winner 8 clubs will receive £180,000. Following the fourth round proper winner 16 clubs will get half of the fifth round proper winner get £90,000. Third Round Proper winners 32 clubs will receive £61,500 and the loser gets £20,500. Second round proper 20 winners will take home £25,500 and the losing clubs will get £8500. The first round proper 40 winners will receive £16,972 and the loser clubs will get £5,657. Forth round qualifying 32 clubs will get £9,375 and the losing clubs will bag £3,125 for the round. Third round qualifying 40 clubs will get £5,625 and the losing clubs will receive £1,875 as following the second qualifying 80 clubs will bag £3,375 each and losing clubs gets £1,125. The first round qualifying 116 clubs will receive £2,250 with the losing clubs receiving £750. 160 clubs reaching the preliminary round will receive £1,444 with the losing clubs bagging £481. The 184 clubs will receive £1,125 for reaching the extra preliminary round and the losing clubs will bag £375.
