Now CBS holds the right of televising the most prestigious club football competition of Europe in the United States. Turner Sports backed out of its deal after showing 2019-20 UEFA games in the U.S. before the season was suspended. CBS claimed the rights for the rest of the season, which includes four Round of 16 games, the quarter- and semi-finals and the Champions League Final.

  • There will be a single leg quarter final as it will be just like a FIFA WC quarter final which will end within a single match.
  • Same system will be applicable for the two semifinals as well.
  • There will be one game played on a single day (from the QF upto the Final) and each match will start on 3 pm Eastern Time.
  • The second leg of the round of 16 will be carried on with the similar system just like the previous seasons.
