Now CBS holds the right of televising the most prestigious club football competition of Europe in the United States. Turner Sports backed out of its deal after showing 2019-20 UEFA games in the U.S. before the season was suspended. CBS claimed the rights for the rest of the season, which includes four Round of 16 games, the quarter- and semi-finals and the Champions League Final.

As you are well aware about the fact that, Corona virus pandemic has forced UEFA to postpone the competition for some months. The tournament should have been ended by June but it’ll now last at least until August. Now explaining some key facts to you about the newly shaped structure of the competition:
- There will be a single leg quarter final as it will be just like a FIFA WC quarter final which will end within a single match.
- Same system will be applicable for the two semifinals as well.
- There will be one game played on a single day (from the QF upto the Final) and each match will start on 3 pm Eastern Time.
- The second leg of the round of 16 will be carried on with the similar system just like the previous seasons.
